Processing of Data

The app “Boulodrome” is used to manage and run Pétanque and Boule tournaments.

Only tournament data entered by the user is processed, for example:

• player names
• team names
• tournament data
• match results
• rankings
• tournament settings

This data is used exclusively for the functions of the app.

Local Data Storage

Tournament data is generally stored locally on the user’s device.

If the optional “Live Ticker” function is activated, the tournament data required for displaying the tournament will be transmitted to and stored on a web server operated by the provider.

This may include, in particular, tournament names, player names, team names, match pairings, match results and rankings. Personal data such as email addresses, telephone numbers, etc. is not transmitted.

The Live Ticker is activated exclusively by the user.

Disclosure of Data

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties for advertising, analytics or marketing purposes.

If the Live Ticker function is activated, the data required to display the tournament will be stored on a web server operated by the provider and made publicly available via a website.

Telephone numbers and email addresses are not published or transmitted via the Live Ticker.

No analytics or tracking services are used.

No advertising networks are used.

No profiling or evaluation of user behavior takes place.

User Rights

Since no personal data is transmitted to the provider, all stored data can be deleted at any time directly on the device by the user.

Storage Period

Tournament data published via the Live Ticker is usually deleted automatically no later than 14 days after the last update.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be amended if the functions of the app or legal requirements change.

Payments

If paid content or functions are offered, payment processing is carried out via Google Play and the payment services provided by Google.

We do not receive any credit card or bank account details from users.

Payment data is processed exclusively by Google. Google’s privacy policy applies.
