Scope of Services
The app “Boulodrome” is used for the organization, management and execution of Pétanque, Boule and similar tournaments.
The app provides functions for managing players, teams, match schedules, tournament results and rankings, among other features.
In addition, optional online functions such as the Live Ticker may be used.
Use of the App
Use of the app is at the user’s own responsibility.
The user is responsible for entering and using data correctly and lawfully.
The provider assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of data entered by the user.
Live Ticker Subscription
Use of the Live Ticker is optional and can be purchased as a paid subscription.
The current price is shown in the app.
Payment is made through Google Play.
The subscription automatically renews for another month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
The Google Play account will be charged after confirmation of purchase.
The user can manage or cancel the subscription at any time through the settings of their Google Play account.
Billing periods that have already started are not refunded on a pro rata basis, unless otherwise required by law.
Availability
The provider endeavours to make the app and the associated online services available with as few interruptions as possible.
However, there is no entitlement to permanent availability.
In particular, maintenance work, technical faults, internet outages, server problems or force majeure may lead to temporary restrictions.
Liability
The provider is fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, the provider is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
The provider is not liable for data loss, incorrect entries, connection problems or failures of external services, to the extent permitted by law.
The organization of tournaments and the publication of results are the responsibility of the respective user.

Changes to the Terms of Use
The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use if this becomes necessary due to technical, legal or organizational changes.
The version published at the time of use shall apply.
Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
